Attendance Criteria

Participation at the Global CEO Summit is strictly limited to CEOs or the equivalent (Chairman, CEO, COO, CFO, Owner, Partner, Principal, President, Managing Director, Director General) of exhibition organizing companies or exhibition venues. This includes those with CEO equivalent responsibilities for a division within a firm.

In addition:

  • If within one company there are shared responsibilities equivalent to the CEO obligations, both persons may attend the Global CEO Summit.
  • Substitutions are not permitted unless approved by the organizers.
  • Participation may be refused at all times.

Delegate Fees

UFI Members                    1,850 €
Non UFI Members             2,220 €
Accompanying Persons        250 € (N.B. This is for delegates to bring a guest to the welcome night and gala dinner only)

The above fees do not include accommodation. The registration fees are VAT excluded. They are considered as a service package, and the reversed charge procedure is applied for EU companies with a valid VAT number.

Cancellation terms for delegate bookings are as follows:

  • Before Friday 25th December 2015 - no charge
  • Between Friday 25th December and Thursday 14th January 2016 - 50% charge
  • Friday 15th January 2016 onwards - 100% charge
