Attendance Criteria

Participation at the MEA Conference is open to UFI Members and Non Members of exhibition organising companies or exhibition venues with a position in middle management or above.

In addition:

  • If within one company there are shared responsibilities, both persons may attend the MEA Conference.
  • Substitutions are not permitted unless approved by the organizers.
  • Participation may be refused at all times.
  • Replacement from within the same organisation is acceptable.

 The above fees do not include accommodation.

Registration fees are VAT excluded. They are considered as a service package, and the reversed charge procedure is applied for EU companies with a valid VAT number.

Monday, 8th April 2019

  • Half day afternoon Sessions, opening from 13:30
  • Networking lunch and break
  • Gala dinner in the evening

Tuesday 9th April 2019

  • Half day morning Sessions, opening from 08:30
  • Welcome coffee, networking break and networking lunch
  • Optional post conference tour

Accompanying person (150€):

Monday 8th April 2019:  Gala Dinner in the evening


Cancellation policies:

·         No charge     - before Thursday 14th March 2019

·         50% charge  - between Thursday 14th March 2019 and Thursday 28th March 2019

·        100% charge - from Thursday 28th March 2019 onwards

  •    No refund allowed for registration from 14 March 2019
